Qualification: Candidates must have passed matriculation or equivalent examination. Candidates should possess a valid driving license for motor cars (LMV) issued by the competent authority, and have Knowledge of motor mechanism. Candidates should also have experience for driving a motor car for at least one year after obtaining valid driving license.
Upper Age Limit: 30 years as on 06-August-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/- plus allowances
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of skill test of 100 marks (50 marks for driving test and 50 marks for motor mechanism).
Examination Fee: Rs. 50/-
Male candidates belonging to General and OBC category are suggested to pay the examination fee, by cash deposit at any branch of State Bank of India using the Challan form. SC/ST and female candidates are exempted from payment of examination fee.
