Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and ‘O’ Certificate in Computer Application.

Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Stenography speed in Hindi 80 wpm and Typing Speed 25 wpm.

Candidates must have passed Intermediate/ 12th standard from a recognised board. Stenography speed 140 wpm in Hindi and 120 wpm in English.
