Educational Qualification: Candidates should have any Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Age Limit As on 01-August-2020: Minimum
20 years for the posts of Deputy Superintendent of Police, and District Commandant
21 years for the posts of Revenue Officer, Probation Officer, Municipal Executive Officer, Labor Enforcement Officer, Supply Inspector, Additional District Transport Officer, Block Panchayat Raj Officer
22 years for Jail Superintendent, State Commercial Assistant Commissioner, Deputy Election Officer, Planning Officer/ District Planning Officer, Cane Officer
Maximum 37 years for unreserved male candidates, 40 years for unreserved female and OBC (male/ female) candidates, and 42 years for SC/ ST category candidates.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of preliminary exam of 150 marks (two hours duration), main exam, and interview.
Examination Fee:
Rs. 150/- for SC/ ST/ PH candidates belonging to Bihar State
Rs. 600/- for All other candidates
