BEML Limited invites applications from eligible HR professionals for the recruitment of post of Management Trainee for its various Manufacturing/ Marketing Divisions located all over India.
Management Trainee – Human Resource (HR)
Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of one year, from the date of their joining. On successful completion of training period, candidates will be absorbed as Officer (Grade-II), and will be on probation for a period of one year.
Selected Candidates are required to execute a Service Bond to serve the Company for a period of 4 years including training period.

Minimum Qualification Required: The candidates must possess two years full time MBA (HR/ IR)/ MSW or MA (Social Work with HR/IR)/ Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations of 2 years full time course with specialization in IR/ HR with Labour Legislations with 70% Marks for General and OBC candidates (65% Marks for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates) from a recognized University/ Institution.
Note: Final year students who possess 70% (65% aggregate for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates) till 3rd semester are also eligible to apply.
Upper Age Limit: 25 Years as on April 19, 2017. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 16400-40500/- Per Month
Mode of Selection: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview.
