National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Mini-Ratna, Fertilizer Central Public Sector Undertaking, invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Management Trainee Positions in Marketing, Finance and Accounts, and Law disciplines.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of offline OMR based examination (80% Weightage), personal interview (20% Weightage), followed by document verification. The selected candidate shall undergo minimum one year training at our various Units/Offices, will be placed in the pay scale of ₹40000 – 3% – 140000 at the Basic Pay of ₹40000 during one year training period.
Management Trainee (Marketing)- 60 Vacancies
Candidates must possess two years full time MBA or PGDBM (Marketing/ Agri Business Marketing/ International Marketing/ Rural Management) recognized by UGC/ AICTE with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD) candidates. OR Candidates must possess B.Sc in Agriculture with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD) and M.Sc. (Agriculture) with specialization in Seed Science & Tech./ Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Agronomy/ Soil Science/ Agriculture Chemistry/ Entomology/ Pathology from Universities/ Institutes recognized by UGC/ AICTE/ ICAR.
Management Trainee (Finance and Accounts)- 10 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Bachelors Degree with pass in final examination of CA/ICWA/ CMA from Institute of Charted Accountant of India / The Institute of Cost Accountant of India (ICAI).
Management Trainee (Law)- 04 Vacancies
Candidates must possess full time Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or BL) of minimum 03 years course with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD) OR 05 years integrated full time LLB or BL Degree with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ PwBD) from college/ university approved by Bar Council of India.

Pay Scale: Rs. 40000-140000/-
Upper Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years as on 31/10/2023. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Application Fee: Rs. 700/- plus Bank Charges
SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ExSM category candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of computer based online objective type test. The online test will be conducted at any one of the centres in cities of Ranchi (Jharkhand), Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Chandigarh (Chandigarh), Raipur (Chhattisgarh), New Delhi (Delhi), Bengaluru (Karnataka), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Hyderabad (Telangana), Chennai (Tamil Nadu), Kochi (Kerala), Jaipur (Rajasthan), Mumbai (Maharashtra), Guwahati (Assam), Kolkata (West Bengal).
Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for personal interview. Candidates are required to qualify in the Online Test and thereafter again in the Personal Interview separately with minimum average of 50% marks in interview.
