Candidates applying for Management Trainee will be selected on the basis of Written Test-cum-Interview. Selected candidates will be on training for a period of one year. Appointees will get consolidated salary of Rs.45,000/- p.m. during training.
Candidates will be absorbed in the regular E-3 grade pay scale of Rs. 47300-83200 and placed under probation for a further period of one year.

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years for General candidates, 38 years for Category II(a), II(b), III(a) and III(b) and 40 years for category SC/ST and Category-I.
Maximum 45 years for candidates applying for Senior Manager and Manager Positions. Upper age limit will be relaxed in case of deserving candidates.
Maximum 50 years for candidates applying for General Manager and Deputy General Manager Positions. Upper age limit will be relaxed in case of deserving candidates.
