Junior Manager (Company Secretary)- 01 Vacancy
Qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India; and Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Candidates should have minimum 2 years post qualification experience of compliance of Companies Act, conducting meetings of Board of directors, Committees of Board, finalization of Annual Reports, compliance of Government of India guidelines, Corporate Governance.
Candidates having experience in listed company/IPO/Stock Exchange and/ or working in Central/State PSU will be preferred.
Deputy General Manager DGM/ Senior Deputy General Manager SDGM/ Joint General Manager JGM (Company Secretary)- 01 Vacancy
Qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India; and Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Degree in Law/ MBA/ CA/ ICWA shall be desirable.
Candidates shall be holding key Management Position. Candidates should have minimum 16 years post qualification experience for Joint General Manager JGM, 13 years post qualification experience for Senior Deputy General Manager SDGM and 11 years post qualification experience for Deputy General Manager DGM Post.
