Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Online Test (70% Weightage), and Personal Interview (30% Weightage).
Selected candidates for the posts of GET/MT will be placed with starting basic pay of Rs.40,000/-. Upon successful completion of training, they will be absorbed as Assistant Manager at E-1 grade on Probation in the pay scale of Rs. 40000-3%-140000/-.
Upon successful completion of probation, appointment as Assistant Manager at E-1 grade in the pay scale of Rs. 40000-3%-140000/- shall be confirmed.
Management Trainee (MT)- 13 Vacancies
M&C- Candidates must possess two years full time Post Graduation Degree or Diploma from Recognized institution in Materials.
HR- Candidates must possess two years full time Post Graduation Degree or Diploma from recognized institute in HR / Personnel.
Law- Candidates must possess Bachelor Degree in Law including five years integrated LLB.
Finance- Candidates must be CA/ ICWA or MBA (Finance) from recognized institute.
Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)- 04 Vacancies
Mechanical- Candidates must possess full time Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mining Machinery.

Minimum Qualification Required:
For Mate (Mines), Blaster (Mines) Trades- The candidates must passed high School or equivalent examination under 10+2 system or equivalent + ITI in respective Trade recognized by NCVT/ SCVT.
For All Other Trades- The candidates must passed high School or equivalent examination under 10+2 system or equivalent + ITI in respective Trade from an institute recognized by NCVT/ SCVT.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years, Maximum 30 years as on cut-off date (01.11.2022). However, relaxation in age limit is applicable as per government rules.
Mode of Selection:The candidates will be selected on the basis of merit based on their marks obtained in ITI & 10th. A weightage of 30% to marks scored in relevant trade in ITI & a weightage of 70% shall be given to marks scored in 10th board.
