Nainital Bank Limited invites online applications from eligible candidates for appointment of Management Trainee Positions. Candidates will be selected on the basis of online written exam.
Nainital Bank has three Regional Offices one each at Dehradun, Haldwani and Noida with a network of one hundred sixty-two bank branches across five states of North India namely Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Rajasthan.

Period of Training: The Management Trainee may be absorbed in the initial stage of Basic Pay of Officers Grade/ Scale-I that is Rs. 36,000/- plus allowances, after satisfactory completion of one year’s active period of assignment.
The Management Trainees after absorption in Officers Grade/ Scale-I shall remain on probation for a period of one year.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Graduate/ Post Graduate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Agriculture/ B.Tech/ MCA/ BCA and Management with minimum 50% marks from recognized University/ Institute.
Candidates should be proficient in Computer Operations with knowledge of Hindi and English languages. Knowledge of Computer Operations is essential.
Candidates possess 1-2 years experience in banking/ financial/ institutions/ NBFCs will be given preference.
Age Limit: The candidates must have obtained minimum age of 21 years and should not exceed maximum age of 27 years as on 31-March-2021. Relaxation in age limit will be as per rules.

Candidates can pay the application fee online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, UPI ID/ VPA. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-Receipt will be generated. Candidates are suggested to take a printout of the e-Receipt and online Application Form.
Selection process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of online written exam [200 MARKS – 145 MINUTES]. Online Exam for Recruitment of Management Trainees will be conducted in Delhi (NCR), Nainital (Uttarkhand), Haldwani (Uttarkhand), Rudrapur, Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Roorkee (Uttarakhand), Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh), Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh), Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Jaipur (Rajasthan), Delhi / NCR, Ambala (Haryana) centres.
