Indian Air Force IAF Group ‘C’ Civilian Posts Direct recruitment 2021 under Training Command, Maintenance Command, Central Air Command, Eastern Air Command, Southern Air Command, Western Air Command
Indian Air Force is one of the three major wings of Indian Armed Service Wings guarding the areal boundaries of the vast nation. As the force signifies, it has a majority of job profiles associated with Flying and associated duties. Apart from the flying duties, Air Force also commissions various other services, those are required for administration, technical support as well as maintenance of this huge infrastructure.
With the recent initiative Indian Air Force Head Quarter Training Command, applications are invited from Indian Nationals for direct recruitment into various Group ‘C’ positions. The details of the eligibility criteria for application are as follows:
Indian Air Force invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Group ‘C’ Civilian Posts. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination, Skill test/ Practical test/ Physical Test. The written test will consist of (i) General Intelligence and Reasoning (ii) Numerical Aptitude (iii) General English (iv) General Awareness. Shortlisted candidates on the basis of written test will be called for skill/ physical/ practical test wherever applicable based on merit/ category in the written test.

Lower Division Clerk LDC: 53 Vacancies
Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university. Candidates should have typing speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi or Computer.
Store Keeper: 15 Vacancies
Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university. Candidates having experience in handling stores and keeping accounts will be preferred.
Housekeeping Staff (Female Safaiwali/ HKS): 345 Vacancies
Candidates must have passed Matriculation/ 10th or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
Laundryman: 24 Vacancies
Candidates must have passed Matriculation/ 10th or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
Multi Tasking Staff MTS: 404 Vacancies
Candidates must have passed Matriculation/ 10th or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university. Candidates having one year experience as watchman or lascar or operator or mail, will be preferred.
Mess Staff: 190 Vacancies
Candidates must have passed Matriculation/ 10th or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university. Candidates having one year experience as waiter or washer-up, will be preferred.
Cook (OG): 124 Vacancies
Candidates must have passed Matriculation/ 10th or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university. Candidates should have six months experience in the trade.
Carpenter: 31 Vacancies
Candidates must have passed Matriculation/ 10th or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university. Candidates should possess ITI certificate in relevant trade.
Ward Sahayika/ Ayah: 24 Vacancy
Candidates must have passed Matriculation/ 10th or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university. Candidates having one year experience as Ward Sahayika/ Ayah in Hospital or Nursing Homes, will be preferred.
