Stenographer: 52 Vacancies; Pay Matrix Level- 4 Rs. (25500-81100)
Candidates must pass Intermediate/ 10+2/ 12th or equivalent examination from a recognised board.
Candidates should have typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 35 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer and Shorthand @ 80 w.p.m.
Candidates possess bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, and have knowledge of Computers will be preferred.
Junior Assistant cum Typist: 50 Vacancies; Pay Matrix Level- 2 Rs. (19900-63200)
Candidates must pass Intermediate/ 10+2/ 12th or equivalent examination from a recognised board.
Candidates should have typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 35 w.p.m. in Hindi on Computer.
Candidates possess bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, and have knowledge of Computers will be preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years for Stenographer, and Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years for Junior Assistant cum Typist Positions as on 21-December-2023. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per central government rules.
Selection Procedure:- Candidates will be selected on the basis of
Tier I (Combined for the post of Junior Assistant cum Typist and Stenographer): Computer Based Test (CBT) of 150 Marks.
Mathematical Abilities of 30 Marks
Reasoning and General Intelligence of 30 Marks
Hindi/English Language and Comprehension of 30 Marks
General Awareness of 30 Marks
Computer Knowledge Module of 30 Marks
