Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test [120 Questions- 40 Questions from General Aptitude and 80 Questions from Subject knowledge in respective discipline]. There will be negative marking.
Selected candidates will be on training for a period of one year.
Candidates will be appointed in the respective cadre on probation for a period of one year, after successful completion of training.

Age Limit: Candidates age should not be less than 18 years (21 years for Management Trainee) and should not have exceeded 38 years as on 01-September-2022.
Educational Qualification Criteria:
Stipend During Training: Rs.13,000/- per month for Technical Non-Executive Trainees; Rs.22,500/- per month for Diploma Engineer Trainees; and Rs.28,000/- per month for Management Trainees Positions.
Pay Scale:
Rs. 25,500-81,100/- for Technical Non-Executive Positions
Rs. 44,900-1,42,400/- for Diploma Engineer Trainees [Junior Manager E-2]
Rs. 56,100-1,77,500/- for Management Trainees [Assistant Manager E-3]
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test. There will be no Personal Interview. Candidates qualifying in the written test (CBT) shall be shortlisted for Document verification at Bhubaneswar.
Application Fee [Online Mode]: Rs. 750/- (Rs. 500/- for Technical Non-Executive Trainees)
SC, ST, and PH category candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
