Minimum Qualification Required: The candidate must possess Graduation in Engineering/ Technology and MBA in marketing management. Candidates should have seven years of post-qualification Marketing experience for Manager Post, and thirteen years of post-qualification Marketing experience for Deputy General Manager Post.
Upper Age Limit As on Date of Advertisement: 45 years for DGM (Marketing), and 40 years for Manager (Regional Marketing). However, relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale:
DGM (Marketing): Rs 32900-3%-58000/-
Manager (Regional Marketing): Rs 24900-3%-50500/-
Mode of Selection: The candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.
