Employment Notice No. PB/RR/39/Cultural/03/2023: Integral Coach Factory, Chennai, Ministry of Railways, invites applications from Indian citizens for recruitment of two posts in Group C in Level 2 of RSRP 2016 with pay ₹ 19,900/- in the following disciplines in Integral Coach Factory (ICF) against Cultural Quota. The posts against Cultural Quota are open to all candidates.

Name of the Posts and Required Qualification:
Technician Grade III
Candidates must have passed in Matriculation/ 10th or its equivalent from a recognized Board and having ITI/ Act Apprenticeship in relevant trades.
Junior Clerk
Candidates must have passed Intermediate/ 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. 50% marks is not to be insisted upon in case of SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen.
AND Those persons selected as Junior Clerk are required to acquire proficiency in Typewriting of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi within a period of TWO years from the date of appointment and their appointment will be provisional subject to acquiring the prescribed typing qualification within the stipulated period.
Cultural Norms/ Qualification: Candidates must have fulfilled required cultural essential qualification.
Indian Classical Dancer: Possession of Degree / Diploma / certificate in Bharatanatyam / Kathak / Mohiniyattam from Government recognized institute.
Classical Vocal Hindustani: Possession of Degree / Diploma / certificate in Hindustani vocal from Government recognized institute.
Candidates who won Prizes at National level and/ or having experience in the field and performance given on AIR / Doordarshan etc. will be preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years as on 01-July-2023. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written test of 50 Marks, and Assessment of Talent in the relevant field of 50 Marks. Selected candidates will have to undergo medical examination.
Fees:
Rs. 500/- for General and OBC category candidates
Rs. 250/- for SC/ ST/ Ex- servicemen/ Persons with 40% or above Disabilities (PWDs), Women, Minorities and Economic Backward Classes candidates
