Railway Recruitment Cell, Central Railway, invites online applications for filling up two posts in level 3/ level 2 (Rs. 21,700 – 69,100 / 19,900 – 63,200) against Cultural Quota, for the year 2017-18 over Central Railway.
Harmonium player (Male/Female): 01 Vacancy
Western Instrument player (Guitar/Keyboard) (Male/Female): 01 Vacancy
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test, followed by a Practical Demonstration.

Opening Date for Submission of Online Application: 01-December-2017

Date of Written Test: 04-February-2018
Academic Qualification: Candidates must have passed Intermediate/ 12th (10+2 stage) OR its equivalent examination with minimum 50% Marks in the aggregate. OR
Passed Matriculation and have completed Act Apprenticeship Course. OR
Passed Matriculation and possess ITI approved by NCVT/ SCVT.
Professional Qualification: Candidates must possess degree/ diploma/ certificate in music/ dance/ drama etc. from Government recognized Institute.
Candidates having experience in the field and performance given on All India Radio/ Doordarshan, will get preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 28 years as on 01-January-2018. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Examination Fee:
Rs.250/- for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ Persons with Disability/ Women/Minorities and Economically Backward
Rs. 500/- for all other category candidates
