Qualification: Candidate must have passed Intermediate or its equivalent examination with minimum 50% marks (relaxed in case of SC/ST/Ex-servicemen). Candidates should possess degree/ diploma certificate in specified cultural stream from government recognized institution.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 29 years as on 01-July-2015. Relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/- (Pay Band-1) plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/2000
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam of 50 marks, followed by practical demonstration of 35 marks, and testimonials/ prizes of 15 marks.

Qualification and Sports Norms: Candidates must be talented and outstanding sports persons having minimum educational qualification (Intermediate or equivalent examination passed with 50 % aggregate for GP Rs. 1900/-, and matriculation(10th) or ITI or its Equivalent or Higher education for GP Rs. 1800/-); and sports (Athletic, Badminton, Boxing, Cricket, Hockey, Table Tennis, Weightlifting, Wrestling, Football, Hockey) norms.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of trials, assessment of sports achievements and general intelligence/personality etc.
Scout and Guides Quota (S&GQ 2015-16): 08 Vacancies
Two Posts each in NCR Hqrs, ALD Division, JHS Division, and AGC Division
Qualification:
For GP Rs. 1900/2000- Candidate must have passed matriculation (10th) or its equivalent examination or higher qualification from any recognized board/ university with minimum 50% marks (relaxed in case of SC/ST/Ex-servicemen).
For GP Rs. 1800- Candidate must have passed matriculation (10th) or ITI or its equivalent examination or higher qualification from any recognized board/ university with minimum 50% marks (relaxed in case of SC/ST/Ex-servicemen).
Minimum Scouts & Guides Qualification: Candidate should possess the various certificates in support of his/ her Scouts & Guides qualification as;
President’s Scout/Guide/Ranger/Rover; OR Himalayan Wood Badge Holder OR a Pre HWB trained Scout Leader/Advanced Trained Guide/Leader/Captain.
Should have been an active member of a Scouts organization for at least three years in the recent past and should continue to be active. Candidates must attach continuity certificate issued, after
the date of issue of this notification, by District Commissioner/ Scout & Guide.
Should have attended at least one event at National level and one or two events at State level OR should have a good record of participation in Scouts/Guides activities at Unit/District level.
