Selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of two years of active service.

Educational Qualification Criteria:
- Post Code I: Candidates must have completed CA from ICAI, and have minimum four years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Post Code II: Candidates must have completed MBA/ PGDBA, and have minimum four years of experience in prospecting appraisal and execution of debt mandates.
- Post Code III: Candidates must have completed MBA/ PGDBA, and have minimum four years of experience in consultancy.
- Post Code IV: Candidates must have completed B.E./ B.Tech, and have minimum five years of experience in prospecting and technically analyzing and documenting the client.
Age Limit: Candidates should not have exceeded 35 years of age as on 30-April-2015.
Pay Scale: Rs. 21000-1000(9)-30000-EB-1000(2)-32000-1100(4)- 36400/- (16 Years)
