Indian Bank Specialist Officers Recruitment 2023-24 PROJECT

With its recent notification, Indian Bank invites applications from eligible candidates, for 203 various vacancies of Specialist Officers in Scale-I, Scale-II, Scale-III and Scale-IV. The details of the vacancies and the eligibility criteria thereof are mentioned as under:
Name of the Vacancies Notified: 203 Specialist Officers in Scale-I, Scale-II, Scale-III and Scale-IV Positions in Credit, Information Technology Department/ Digital Banking Department, Information Systems Security Cell, Treasury Department, Risk Management Department, Security Department, Planning and Development Department, and Premises and Expenditure Department.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written / Online Test (100 Marks, 2 Hours Duration, covers Professional Knowledge of 60 marks, English Language of 20 marks and General Awareness with Special Reference to Banking Industry of 20 marks) followed by Interview of 100 Marks.

Treasury Officer– 20 Vacancies
IT/ Computer Officer– 23 Vacancies
Industrial Development Officer– 50 Vacancies
Forex Officer– 10 Vacancies
HR Officer– 05 Vacancies
Information Security Officer– 07 Vacancies
Risk Officer– 15 Vacancies
NOTE: Reservation for privileged category such as SC, ST, OBC and PWD categories will be applicable as per rules of the bank.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have fulfill minimum eligibility for Age, Educational/ Additional/ Professional/ Desirable Qualification and Post Qualification Work Experience as on 01.01.2023; in order to be eligible for consideration.
Age: (As on 01-Jan-2023)
Scale-V: The applicant must have achieved Minimum of 30 years and should not have crossed Maximum age of 45 years to become eligible to apply.
Scale-IV: The applicant must have achieved Minimum of 27 years and should not have crossed Maximum age of 40 years to become eligible to apply.
Scale-III: The applicant must have achieved Minimum of 25 years and should not have crossed Maximum age of 38 years to become eligible to apply.
Scale-II: The applicant must have achieved Minimum of 25 years and should not have crossed Maximum age of 35 years to become eligible to apply.
Scale-I: The applicant must have achieved Minimum of 20 years and should not have crossed Maximum age of 30 years to become eligible to apply.
However, relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per rules for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-SM categories.
Pay Scale:
Scale-IV: The applicants selected for these positions will receive a remuneration in the scale of Rs.50030- Rs.59170 along with applicable allowances and perks.
Scale-III: The applicants selected for these positions will receive a remuneration in the scale of Rs.42020- Rs.51490 along with applicable allowances and perks.
Scale-II: The applicants selected for these positions will receive a remuneration in the scale of Rs.31705- Rs.45950 along with applicable allowances and perks.
Scale-I: The applicants selected for these positions will receive a remuneration in the scale of Rs.23700- Rs.42020 along with applicable allowances and perks.
Application Fee:
For SC/ ST/ PWD Category Candidates: Rs. 175/-
For All Other Candidates: Rs. 850/-
Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment of application fees/ intimation charges will have to be borne by the candidate. Candidates have the option of making the payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges through the ONLINE mode only. The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.
