BPSC Advertisement No. 32/2017: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 18 Principals in Government Polytechnics/ Government Women’s Polytechnics Institutes. Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit and interview.
Principal: 18 Vacancies, in the scale of pay Rs. 37400-67000/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 10000/-

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology with first class or equivalent either at Bachelor’s or Master’s level; and Ph.D or equivalent in appropriate Engineering/ Technology discipline.
Candidates should have minimum 10 years of relevant experience in teaching/ research, out of which minimum three years at the level of head of department or equivalent.
Upper Age Limit: 37 years As on 01-August-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per Bihar government rules.
