UPPSC Recruitment Advt D-1-E-1-2023 Uttar Pradesh public Service Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of Assistant Drilling Engineers, Regional Prohibition and Social Uplift Officers, Principals and Technical Officers Positions in the Department of Excise, Geology and Mining and AYUSH .
02 Posts of Regional Prohibition and Social Uplift Officer in Prohibition (Excise) Department Nature of Post: Group-‘B’, Gazetted; Pay Scale Pay Matrix Level-7
Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree with Economics and Sociology of a recognised University and must also possess a good knowledge of Hindi in Devnagri script.
Candidates who possess Master’s or Higher Degree in Economics or Sociology or Social Welfare; AND/ OR Degree or Diploma in Social Service, Applied Sociology, Social Science, Social Technique, Social Work or Social Service Administration; AND/ OR Degree in Law; AND/ OR Practical experience of prohibition and Social Uplift will be preferred.
02 Posts of Technical Officer, U.P. Excise Technical Service, Department of Excise, Nature of Post: Group-‘B’, Gazetted; Pay Scale Pay Matrix Level-10
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Bio-chemical Engineering or Biotechnology from a University or an institution established by law in India with qualified Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in concerned branch/discipline; OR Possess Masters Degree in Chemistry or Bio-chemistry or Microbiology from a University or an institution established by law in India with qualified Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in concerned subject/discipline.
01 Post of Assistant Drilling Engineer in Geology and Mining Department, Nature of Post: Group-‘B’, Gazetted; Pay Scale Pay Matrix Level-10
Candidate must possess a Degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering from a University established by law in India with minimum two years practical experience in diamond drilling in various rock formations.
04 Posts of Principals in Government Ayurvedic Medical Colleges of the State, AYUSH Department (Ayurvedic), Nature of Post: Group-‘B’, Gazetted; Pay Scale Pay Matrix Level-13
Candidate must possess five years Degree in Ayurveda from a University established by law, or Five years degree from the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh, or from any other State Board or Faculty which is registrable under the United Provinces Indian Medicine Act, 1939.
Candidates must have twelve years Teaching experience (Ten years only in case of a Post-Graduate) including at least five years administrative experience as Professor or as Head of the Department. Working knowledge of Hindi,
English and Sanskrit is required.
06 Posts of Principals in Government Homoeopathic Medical Colleges of the State, AYUSH Department (Ayurvedic), Nature of Post: Group-‘B’, Gazetted; Pay Scale Pay Matrix Level-13
Candidate must possess Post Graduate qualification in Homoeopathy and holding a post of not less than the teaching cadre of Professor in a Degree level Homoeopathic College for minimum two years. The qualification shall be the one included in Second Schedule of Homoeopathy Central Council Act. 1973.
Age limit: Minimum 21 years (35 years for Principal) and Maximum 40 years (50 years for Principal) as on 01-July-2023. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
