EMRS STAFF SELECTION EXAM (ESSE)- 2023 for recruitment on Direct basis to the posts of Teaching and Non Teaching Staff
The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS), an autonomous body of Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India. The Ministry of Tribal Affairs to provide quality education to the tribal students in the tribal areas of the country. 452 new schools will be setup in addition to the existing 288 schools thereby taking the total number of schools to 740 in the coming years.
The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) to fill 10411 Teaching Staff (Principal, Vice Principal, PGTs and TGTs) and Non Teaching Staff (Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Lab Attendant, Hostel Warden) vacancies in the Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) in 17 States across the country.

Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam and interview for Principal Posts.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written exam for All Non-Teaching Posts.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 50 years for Principal, 30 years for Non-Teaching (Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Lab Attendant, Hostel Warden), 40 years for PGTs and 35 years for TGTs as on 31st July 2023. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Application Fee:
Rs. 1500/- for PGT and TGT Positions
Rs. 2000/- for Principal Positions
Rs. 1000/- for Non Teaching Staff Positions
The fee can be submitted only online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI or Paytm Services. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD categories are exempted from payment of application fees.
