Educational Qualification:
Operator: Candidates must possess three years Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Department of Technical Education, Government of Kerala or equivalent.
Executive Trainee (Mechanical): Candidates must possess three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Department of Technical Education, Government of Kerala or equivalent.
Helper (Fitter): Candidates must have passed SSLC with ITI Fitter Trade (NCVT) or equivalent.
Helper (Electrical): Candidates must have passed SSLC with ITI Electrical Trade (NCVT) or equivalent.
Helper (Instrumentation: Candidates must have passed SSLC with ITI Instrumentation Trade (NCVT) or equivalent.
Upper Age Limit: 41 years as on February 01, 2018. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Stipend During Training 7 Pay Scale:
Operator/ Executive Trainee: Rs. 16,000/- per month [On successful completion of probation, scale of pay will be Rs. 8820-240-10020-270-11370-300-12870-330-15180/-]
Helper: Rs. 15,800/- per month [On successful completion of probation, scale of pay will be Rs. 8730-230-9880-260-11180-290-12630-320-14870/-]
Mode of Selection: The candidate will be selected based on the written test, Skill Test and/or Interview.

Rs. 200/- for SC/ ST category candidates
Rs. 500/- for General candidates
