India Security Press, Nashik Road, one of the Nine units of Security Printing & Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL), A Mini-Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise Company wholly owned by Government of India, invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Junior Technician Positions.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of objective type online examination. The selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of one year.
The selected candidates will be initially posted at India Security Press, Nashik Road, Maharashtra. However, candidates are liable for transfer to any of the Unit of SPMCIL (Narmadapuram/ Dewas/ Delhi/ Noida/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad/ Kolkata) as per requirement of the Company.
EXAM PATTERN:- 120 Marks
General Awareness of 10 Marks, Quantitative Aptitude of 10 Marks, Logical Reasoning of 10 Marks and Basic English Language skills of 10 Marks. There is no Negative Marking.
Professional Knowledge in the respective trade i.e. Printing, Engraver/ Platemaker (Lithographic), Fitter, Electronics and Electrical OF 80 Marks
Junior Technician (Control)- 38 Vacancies
Candidates must possess full time I.T.I. certificate from NCVT/SCVT in Printing trade viz. Litho offset machine Minder/ Letter Press Machine Minder/ Offset Printing/ Platemaking/ Electroplating/ Full-time ITI in Plate maker-cum-impositor/ Hand composing. OR
Possess full time Diploma in Printing technology from Government recognized Institutes/ polytechnics.
Junior Technician (Technical)- 30 Vacancies
Candidates must possess full time I.T.I. certificate from NCVT/SCVT in Printing trade viz. Litho offset machine Minder/ Letter Press Machine Minder/ Offset Printing/ Platemaking/ Electroplating/ Full-time ITI in Plate maker-cum-impositor/ Hand composing. OR
Possess full time Diploma in Printing technology from Government recognized Institutes/ polytechnics.
Junior Technician (Tech Support-Design)- 02 Vacancies
Candidates must possess full time ITI Certificate in Engraver/ Platemaker (lithographic) trade recognized from NCVT/ SCVT.
Junior Technician (Machine Shop)- 04 Vacancies
Candidates must possess full time ITI Certificate in Fitter trade recognized from NCVT/ SCVT.
Junior Technician (Store)- 02 Vacancies
Candidates must possess full time I.T.I. certificate in Fitter trade from NCVT/ SCVT.
Junior Technician (Electrical)- 02 Vacancies
Candidates must possess I.T.I. certificate in Electrical trade from NCVT/ SCVT.
Junior Technician (Electronics)- 02 Vacancies
Candidates must possess I.T.I. certificate in Electronics trade from NCVT/ SCVT.
Junior Technician (CSD)- 05 Vacancies
Candidates must possess full time ITI Certificate in Fitter trade recognized from NCVT/ SCVT.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 25 years for Junior Technician and Fireman Posts as on 08-November-2022. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 18780-67390/-

Examination Fee: Rs. 600/- (Rs. 200/- for Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD candidates)
