Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) Lucknow invites applications from eligible candidates (who have qualified in the Preliminary Eligibility Test 2023 (PET 2023)) for direct recruitment to the posts of Pharmacists (Ayurvedic) (भेषजिक (आयुर्वेदिक)).

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates on the basis of Preliminary Eligibility Test- PET 2023 will have to appear for the Main Written Examination, Documents Verification, followed by Medical Examination.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed the Intermediate Examination with Science (Biology or Mathematics stream) of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or an Examination recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto and
Candidates must possess diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from a recognized institution registered with the Board of Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi System of Medicine, Uttar Pradesh and
Candidates must be registered in Board of Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbi System of Medicine Uttar Pradesh.
Candidates must have appeared and qualified in Preliminary Eligibility Test-2023 (Preliminary Eligibility Test- PET-2023) ( 07-Exam/2023 ). Candidates must have valid PET-2023 Score [पीईटी 2023 पास सर्टिफिकेट].
Candidates served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of 02 years, OR Possess a ‘B’ certificate from National Cadet Corps will be preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 and Maximum 40 years as on 01-July-2024. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale: Pay Level- 5
Application Fee: Rs. 25/-
Applicants are suggested to pay the examination fee through Online Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking OR E Challan Mode. The examination fee for the main examination will be payable separately by the shortlisted candidates, which will have to be paid before downloading the admit card for the main examination.
