POWERGRID, invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Field Engineer and Field Supervisor Posts on contact basis for Revamped Distribution Sector Reform Scheme (RDSS) under Government of India.
Field Supervisor (Electronics & Communication)- 240 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Diploma in Electronics & Communication or equivalent. Candidates should have one-year post qualification experience.
Field Supervisor (Electrical)- 480 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Diploma in Electrical or equivalent. Candidates should have one-year post qualification experience.
Field Engineer (Electronics & Communication)- 15 Vacancies
Candidates must possess B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) in Electronics & Communication discipline or equivalent. Candidates should have one-year post qualification experience.
Field Engineer (Electrical)- 50 Vacancies
Candidates must possess B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) in Electrical discipline or equivalent. Candidates should have one-year post qualification experience.
Field Engineer (IT)- 15 Vacancies
Candidates must possess B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) in Information Technology discipline or equivalent. Candidates should have one-year post qualification experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 29 years as of 11th of December 2022. Candidates should not have been born before 11th December 1993 or after 11th December 2004. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale:
Rs. 23,000-3% – 1,05,000/- with initial basic pay of Rs 23,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA for Field Supervisor Posts
Rs. 30,000-3% – 1,20,000/- with initial basic pay of Rs 30,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA for Field Engineer Posts
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Screening test/ Computer Based Test. Selected candidates will be called for the Interview.

POWERGRID, invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Field Engineer and Field Supervisor Posts on contact basis for Consultancy Project- Comprehensive Transmission and Distribution Scheme in the state of Arunachal Pradesh under North Eastern Region.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates having registration in any of the Employment Exchange of the seven states of NER that is, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Tripura only are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification:
Field Engineer- Candidates must possess BE/ B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering/ BE (Power Engineering)/ AMIE in relevant engineering Discipline from recognized university/ institute with minimum 55%. Candidates should have one year post qualification experience.
Field Supervisor- Candidates must possess three years Diploma in relevant engineering Discipline from recognized university/ institute with minimum 55%. Candidates should have one year post qualification experience.
Upper Age Limit: 29 years as on 01-June-2022. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Remuneration:
Field Engineer- Pay band of ₹ 30,000-3%-1,20,000/- with initial basic pay of ₹ 30,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @35 % of basic pay. On successful completion of every year of engagement, the contract personnel will be eligible for annual increment at the rate of 3% during subsequent year of engagement.
Field Supervisor- Pay band of ₹ 23,000-3%-1,05,000/- with initial basic pay of ₹ 23,000/- + Industrial DA + HRA + Perks @35% of basic pay. On successful completion of every year of engagement, the contract personnel will be eligible for annual increment at the rate of 3% during subsequent year of engagement.
Application Fee: Rs. 400/- for Field Engineer (Electrical/Civil) AND Rs. 300/- for Field Supervisor (Electrical/Civil). SC/ST/PwD/Ex-SM are exempted from payment of Application Fee. Applicants are suggested to pay the fee online through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking.
