Oil India Limited (OIL), Oil and Gas Company with a pan Indian presence, invites applications from eligible candidates from its production and exploration areas in the districts of Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Sivasagar and Charaideo in Assam and Changlang district in Arunachal Pradesh for recruitment of workpersons at OIL, Field Headquarters, Duliajan.
Junior Assistant (Clerk cum Computer Operator): 120 Vacancies

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Test (CBT) of 2 hours duration consist of 3 sections namely
(A) English Language & General Knowledge/Awareness with some questions on Oil India Limited;
(B) Reasoning, Arithmetic/Numerical & Mental Ability; and
(C) Relevant Technical Knowledge.
Candidate has to secure minimum 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities) in Written Test to qualify for selection. There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers.
Working knowledge of the candidate in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point shall be assessed in the computer such as creating a file, Excel Sheet functions, Power point presentation preparation etc.
Final selection will be made in order of merit on the basis of the marks obtained in the Computer Based Test (CBT) only.
Provisionally selected candidate(s) will be appointed on probation for a period of one year. Upon successful completion of probation period, they will be considered for confirmation.
Pay Scale: Rs. 26,600-90,000/-
Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 in any stream from a Government Recognized Board/University. Candidates must have minimum six months Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application and should be fully conversant with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, etc..
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years as on 15-August-2021. Relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
