Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), invites applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of Transportation Engineer, Steno-Typist and Assistant Legal Adviser on permanent basis in Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority.
Steno-Typist: 14 Vacancies, in the scale of pay Rs. 5200 – 20200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.2400/-
Candidates must have passed Secondary School Certificate examination or its equivalent. Candidate should possess a speed not less than 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m.in typewriting.
Assistant Legal Adviser: 01 Vacancy, in the scale of pay Rs. 15600-39100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.6000/-
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Law or its equivalent from a recognized University under UGC.
Candidates must possess minimum 7 years practical experience as advocate in the High Court or City Civil Court or Subordinate Court. Candidate should have good experience of drafting, MoU’s, conveyance, litigation work and legal advice etc.
Transportation Engineer: 01 Vacancy, in the scale of pay Rs. 15600-39100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.6000/-
Candidates must possess Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Planning or its equivalent from a recognized University; AND Post Graduate Degree in Transportation Planning or its equivalent.
Candidates should have 3 years experience in the field of Transportation Planning or related filed after acquiring above qualification.
Note: Candidates are required to pass one of the certificate examination of MS-CIT or CCC OR O-level or A-level or B-level or C-level which is compulsorily additional qualification for all posts. Accordingly, he/she should submit a copy of the certificate along with the application. If the candidate does not have such certificate, then he/she should pass the said certificate examination within two years from the date of appointment.

Upper Age Limit– 38 years for Open Category (40 years in case of Transportation Engineer), 43 years for reserve category, 45 year for Handicapped candidates as on 24-August-2018.
