Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) invites online applications from eligible candidates for direct recruitment of Personal Assistant Stenographer Grade 3) Group ‘C’ Posts under various departments/ offices
Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission,
Arunachal Pradesh General Administration,
Arunachal Pradesh Planning and Investment,
Arunachal Pradesh Public Works Department,
Arunachal Pradesh Urban Development and Housing,
Arunachal Pradesh Water Resources Department, and TRIHMS).

Date of Skill Test: 21-January-2024 Onwards
Date of Written Exam: 25 February 2024
Eligibility Criteria:
Personal Assistant Stenographer Grade 3): Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university. Candidates should have Diploma in Stenography from a recognised institution.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 35 years as on 05-December-2023. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Exam Fee: Rs. 150/- for APST and Rs. 200/- for General candidates
Candidates are suggested to pay the examination fee through online mode.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of
Stenography Proficiency Test: 5 Minutes @ 80 words per minute, Dictation: 5 Minutes @ 80 words per minute, Transcription: 45 Minutes (English)
Skill test shall be done on computer. An average of 5 key depression for each words.
Written Test of 200 marks (General Awareness of 50 Marks, General Intelligence and Reasoning Ability of 50 Marks, Arithmetic and Numerical Ability of 50 Marks, English Language and Comprehension of 50 Marks).
