Headquarters 2 Signal Training Centre Panaji invites applications from eligible candidates for Vacancies of Civilian posts through direct Recruitment. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Physical Test/ Skill Test/ Practical Test and Written Examination.
Civilian Technical Instructor: 02 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Physics and Maths or equivalent from a recognised board or university with previous teaching experience.
Stenographer Grade 2: 01 Vacancy
Candidates must passed Intermediate/ 12th/ 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. Dictation: 10 Minutes @ 80 words per minute; Transcription- 50 Minutes (English on Computer) and 65 Minutes (Hindi on Computer)
Lower Division Clerk: 17 Vacancies
Candidates must passed Intermediate/ 12th/ 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. Candidates should have basic computer knowledge.
English typing @35 w.p.m on computer or Hindi typing @ 30 w.p.m on computer (35 words per minute and 30 words per minute corresponding to 10500/9000 KDPH on an average of 05 key depression for each word).
Draughtsman Grade 3: 01 Vacancy
Candidates must passed Matriculation/ 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. Candidates must possess Diploma/ Certificate in Draughtsmanship. Candidates should have some working knowledge in map/ chart drawing.
Civilian Motor Driver OG: 12 Vacancies
Candidates must passed Matriculation/ 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. Candidates must possess civilian driving licence for heavy vehicles and have two years experience of driving such vehicle.
MTS Chowkidar: 01 Vacancy
Candidates must passed Matriculation/ 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. Candidates should have one year experience in the trade.
MTS Messenger: 07 Vacancies
Candidates must passed Matriculation/ 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. Candidates should have one year experience in the trade.
Fatigueman: 05 Vacancies
Candidates must passed Matriculation/ 10th or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university. Candidates should have one year experience in the trade.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 25 years (27 years for Civilian Motor Driver OG) as on last date of receipt of applications. Relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government orders.
