Name of Post: HPC has issued notice for recruitments of Executive Trainees in its manufacturing units and other establishments.
Nature of the Post: there are various kinds of posts that have been offered by HPC like mechanical, electrical, instrumentation/electronics, chemical/pulp and paper technology, civil, information technology, environment, human resources, marketing, commercial/purchase, finance and forestry.
Total Number of Vacancies: HPC has introduced a total of 74 vacancies for Executive Trainees in various discipline as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation/Electronics, Civil, Chemical/Pulp & Paper Technology, Environment, IT, Marketing, HR, Commercial/Purchase, Finance, and Forestry.

Eligibility Criteria:
- For technical posts a candidate should possess degree in Btech/BE in mechanical/chemical engineering/instrumentation & electronics/pulp & paper technology/civil engineering/computer science & information technology or PG, diploma in environmental engineering.
- For marketing and finance related posts qualifications required are PG or MBA in industrial relations, personnel management, human resources, material management and forestry management.
Age Limit: Candidates should be minimum 22 years and maximum 30 years old on 01-08-2012. Relaxation of 5 years in upper age limit will be offered to ST/SC, 3 years to OBC and 10 years to PWD candidates.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be appointed on a pay of minimum Rs. 16, 400 during training period. After successful completion of training they will be appointed for pay scale of Rs. 16, 400 – Rs. 40,500 in E-1 grade. All the allowances will be included as per the norms of the company from time to time.

Candidates will have to pay an amount of Rs. 100 as application fee who belong to general and OBC category while SC/ST/PWD/Ex servicemen will be exempted from it. Fee will be paid by demand draft drawn in favour of HINDUSTAN PAPER CORPORATION LIMITED and payable at Kolkata.
Selection Process: A candidate will be selected on the basis of written test and personal interview. Paper will only be set in English.

Special Note:
After appointment the candidate has to undergo a Service Agreement bond of Rs. 30,000 which is Rs. 15, 000 for SC/ST/PWD. After completion a bond of 3 years will execute to serve the corporation.
