Viva-voce Test (Oral Interview) for both the posts.: July/August, 2017
Minimum Qualification Required:
Private Secretary: Candidate must possess Graduation degree from a recognized University with Speed of 120 words per minute in English Short Hand. Candidate must have Knowledge of Computer Operation.
Gujarati Stenographer Grade-I: Candidate must possess Graduation degree from a recognized University with Speed of 90 words per minute in Gujarati Short Hand. Candidate must have Knowledge of Computer Operation.
Age Limit: Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum is 35 years as on March 14, 2017. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 44,900-1,42,400 (Pre-revised Pay Scale of Rs. 9300-34800/- with Grade Pay of 4600/-)
Mode of Selection: The candidate will be selected based on the Stenography/Skill Test and Viva-Voce (Oral Interview).

Rs.250/- for SC/ST, Socially & Educationally Backward Classes, Physically Disabled (PH) Persons and Ex-Servicemen
Rs.500/- for all other candidates
