With the recent initiative under the Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) (A unit of DRDO), invites applications from qualified professionals from multiple disciplines for recruitment of Technician ‘A’ Posts through CEPTAM 9 (DRDO Entry Test 2019 in various Trades/ Disciplines).
Technician ‘A’: 351 Vacancies, under Defence Research & Development Organisation Technical Cadre (DRTC)
Disciplines- Automobiles, Book Binder, COPA, Carpenter, DTP Operator, Electrician, Elecronics, Fitter, Draughtsman, Machinist, Mechanic Diesel, Motor Mechanic, Medical Lab Technology, Painter, Photographer, Turner, Welder, Sheet Metal Worker

Starting Date for Online Submission of Application: 03-June-2019
Last Date for Online Submission of Application: 26-June-2019
Educational Qualification:
Technician ‘A’: The candidates must have passed Matriculation from a recognised board or equivalent. Candidates must possess ITI certificate in relevant trade.
Age Limit: Candidate must be between 18 and 28 Years of age as on 26-June-2019. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level -2
Mode of Application:
Technician ‘A’ – (only Online Application will be accepted)
Application Fees: The candidates have to remit a fee of Rs. 100/- (Online Mode). SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD candidates are exempted from paying any fees.
Selection Process: The selection process will consist of DRDO entry test in two tiers: Tier-I, Tier-II & preliminary document verification.
