Educational Qualification: Candidates should have any Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Age Limit As on 01-August-2017: Minimum
20 years for the posts of Bihar Police Service (Deputy Superintendent of Police- पुलिस उप-अधीक्षक), and Utpad Nirikshak (उत्पाद निरीक्षक)
21 years for the post of Labor Enforcement Officer (श्रम प्रवर्तन अधिकारी)
22 years for All other Posts
Maximum 37 years for unreserved male candidates, 40 years for unreserved female and OBC (male/ female) candidates, and 42 years for SC/ ST category candidates.
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- 4800/- 5400/-
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of preliminary exam of 150 marks (two hours duration), main exam, and interview.
Examination Fee:
Rs. 200/- for SC/ ST/ PH candidates belonging to Bihar State
Rs. 750/- for All other candidates
