Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed matriculation/ Class-X for APST, and for general candidates from recognized board/ institution. Candidates must have fulfill required physical standards.
Age Limit: Minimum 17 years and Maximum 21 years as on 01-Jan-2017 for Constable (GD) Civil Police; and Minimum 18 years and Maximum 22 years as on 01-Jan-2017 for Constable (Band/ Bugler) IRBN Posts. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable for APST candidates only.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Scrutiny of Documents, Physical Standard Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Written Examination, Trade Test, Interview, Merit List, Medical examination/ character and antecedent verification.
Application Fee: Rs. 10/- for APST Candidates, and Rs. 40/- for general candidates
Applicants are suggested to pay the fee through Treasury Challan in favour of Assistant Inspector General of Police (E), PHQ, Itanagar under head of account “0055” Police.
