West Bengal Health & Family Welfare Samiti, invites applications from interested and eligible candidates for the posts of Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Public Health Manager, Urban Health Planning and Monitoring Manager, and Data Manager on contract basis under National Urban Health Mission (NUHM). Candidates will be selected on the basis of basic qualification, computer test, and experiences. Selected candidates will be posted in various municipal corporations and municipalities across the state.
Staff Nurse: 618 vacancies
Candidates must have completed GNM training course from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council/ West Bengal Nursing Council; or B.Sc Nursing Course. Candidates must have registered under West Bengal Nursing Council and have proficiency in Bengali.
Pharmacist: 309 vacancies
Candidates must have Diploma in Pharmacy, and have registered as ‘A’ category Pharmacist under West Bengal Pharmacy Council. Candidates should have proficiency in Bengali, and efficiency in computer including MS Office and Internet. Candidates having higher qualification will get preferred.
Public Health Manager: 86 vacancies
Candidates must have completed Graduation in Dental/Nursing; or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences/ Economics; or Graduation in any discipline with MBA; or Graduation in Social Science with Master’s in Public Health/ Community Health/ Preventive and Social Medicine. Candidates should have minimum two years post qualification experiences.
Urban Health Planning and Monitoring Manager: 09 vacancies
Candidates must have completed Graduation in Dental/Nursing; or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences/ Economics; or Graduation in any discipline with MBA; or Graduation in Social Science with Master’s in Public Health/ Community Health/ Preventive and Social Medicine.
Data Manager: 01 vacancy
Candidates must have MCA/ Master Degree in Statistics or BCA or Bachelor in Information Technology with required experiences.
