Educational Qualification and Experience:
Manager (Security): Candidates must have passed in any Degree from a recognized University, and have at least five year commissioned service in the army/ navy/ air force/ police.
Manager (Rajbhasha): Candidates must have passed Post Graduation Degree in Hindi with English as a subject; or Post Graduation Degree in Sanskrit with English & Hindi as a subjects at the degree (graduation). Candidates should have at least two years of experience as an officer handling official language implementation in PSUs.
Age Limit as on 01-August-2015:
Manager (Security): Minimum 20 years and Maximum 45 years
Manager (Rajbhasha): Minimum 20 years and Maximum 35 years
Relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category candidates as per rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 31,705-45,950/- in MMG Scale II

Rs. 300/- for All other category candidates
