Prasar Bharati, invited applications from eligible Officers holding analogous post on regular basis under Central Government/ State Government/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous bodies for filling up of vacancies of Additional Director General (Programme), Additional Director General (Finance), Private Secretary on deputation basis in Prasar Bharati.

Additional Director General (Programme)- 02 Vacancies one each at Delhi and Guwahati, in Level 14 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC [Issued/ Published On 11/12/2017]

Holding analogous posts on regular basis; OR with three years of regular service in Level 13 of the Pay Matrix (Pre-revised GP- 8700/-); OR with eight years combined regular service in Level 13 of the Pay Matrix and Level 12 of the Pay Matrix [PB-4 (Rs. 37,400-67,000/-) + GP of Rs. 8,700/- (Pre-revised) and PB-3 (Rs. 15,600-39,100/-) + GP of Rs. 7,600/- (Pre-revised)] in the parent Cadre/Department; and

Ten years experience in a supervisory capacity in the field of education, culture, drama, film & television, radio, Programme Production or publicity having visual or audio impact, including five years of administrative and organizational experience.

Additional Director General (Finance)- 01 Vacancy, in Level 14 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC [Issued/ Published On 22/11/2017]

Officers with at least Ten years experience in Finance and Accounts and working under Central GovernmenUstate GovernmenUPublic Section Undertaking/ Autonomous bodies following Central Government Rules etc. holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent Cadre/ Department; OR having three years of regular service in PB-4 Rs. 37400-67000 + Grade pay of Rs. 8700/- (Pre-revised).

Candidates possess MBA (Finance)/ CA /ICWA/ PGDM (Financial Management) and having exposure to Commercial Accounting will be preferred.

Private Secretary- 11 Vacancies, in the scale of pay Rs. 9300-34800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.4800/ – (pre-revised) [Issued/ Published On 20/11/2017]

Officers under Central Government and Autonomous Organizations following Central Government Rules/ Pay Scales etc. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre in (pre-revised) PB-II + Grade Pay 4800; OR Having three years service in PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 +4600/- on regular basis in the parent cadre/ Department and having experience as Private Secretary or Personal Assistant.

Last Date for receipt of Applications: Extended upto 15-JANUARY-2018

Age Limit: Candidates should not have crossed the age of 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Eligibility Criteria:
Officers under Central Government/ Autonomous Organizations/ Public Sector Undertakings, holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent Cadre/Department; OR

Having two years regular service in Level-10 as per 7th CPC pay matrix (PB-3 Rs.15,600-39,100/- + GP Rs.5,400/- Pre-revised) [Rs. 24900-50500 in IDA pattern] in the parent Cadre/ Department; OR

Having six years combined regular service in in Level-10 as per 7th CPC pay matrix (pre-revised PB-3 Rs.15,600-39,1 00/- + GP Rs.5,400/-) [Rs. 24900-50500 in IDA pattern] and Level 8 as per 7th CPC pay matrix (Pre-revised PB-2 Rs. 9,300 – 34,800/- + GP- Rs. 4,800/-) [ Rs. 20600-46500 in IDA pattern] in the parent Cadre/Department; and possessing knowledge of secretarial practices, rules and regulations and practical experience of their application in the Central Government/ Ministry/ Department/ Autonomous Organization.

The officers should have 5 years experience in Establishment, Administration, Finance, Accounts, Legal and Vigilance matters. The selected candidates would be posted in Delhi.
