Qualification:
Executive Trainee (Chemistry): Candidates must possess full time M.Sc. (Chemistry) from recognized Indian University, with minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
Executive Trainee (Human Resource): Candidates must possess two years full time Post Graduate Degree in Management with specialization in HR/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or Master in Business Administration with specialization in HR or Master in Social Work (with HR as main subject) from recognized Indian University/ Institute with minimum 65% marks in aggregate..
Executive Trainee (Finance & Accounts): Candidates must possess CA from ICAI OR ICWA from ICWAI.
Note: There is no minimum percentage of marks for candidates belonging to SC , ST, PWD candidates having Madhya Pradesh domicile.
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 30 years as on 01-April-2016 for Executive Trainee (Chemistry/ Human Resource) Positions
Minimum 20 years and Maximum 32 years as on 01-April-2016 for Executive Trainee (Finance & Accounts) Position
However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100/- (Pay Band-3) plus Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-

For SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates of Madhya Pradesh Domicile: Rs.300/-
