Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer Based Examination, and Interview. The final merit list shall be prepared on the basis of 75% weightage to Computer Based Examination Score and 25% weightage to Interview Score.

Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering / Technology or Five year integrated Master’s degree or Dual Degree programme in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Mechanical or Electrical or Civil or Chemical Engineering from a recognized Indian University/ Institute.
Executive Trainee (HR)- 10 Vacancies
Candidates must possess full time regular Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian University with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all years.
Two years full-time regular Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management and Industrial Relations/ Social Work/ Business Administration with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare or HRM from a recognized Indian University/ Institute with minimum 55% marks in aggregate of all years/semesters.
Executive Trainee (Finance)- 20 Vacancies
Candidates must possess full time regular Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian University. Qualified Chartered or Cost and Works Accountants from recognised Institutions in India.
Note– Candidates who are in the final year/ semester of qualifying degree shall also be eligible. However, if shortlisted, such candidates shall be required to submit the documentary proof of having passed the qualifying examination at the time of Interviews or by 02-November-2022.
Upper Age Limit As on 01-September-2022: 27 Years for Engineer Trainee, 29 Years for Executive Trainee in HR and Finance. Upper age limit is relaxable for reserved category candidates as per government directives.
Emoluments & Pay Scale: Candidates joining BHEL as Engineer/Executive Trainees will undergo training for one year. During training period, basic pay of Rs 50,000/- in the scale of pay of Rs 50,000-1,60,000/- will be paid. After successful completion of training, the trainees will be absorbed as Engineers/Executives in the scale of pay of Rs 60,000-1,80,000/- with a basic pay of Rs 60,000/-.
