Age Limit: Candidates should not have exceeded 50 years of age.
Educational Qualification Criteria:
Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management, and Industrial Relations; OR Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma IR & PM/ MLS from the recognised university/ institute; OR MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/ HR/ HRD.
Preference will be given to Law Graduate.
Candidates must have 20 years experience in Personnel/ Administration Department in an organization in a senior capacity of which nine years should be in Managerial line.
Preference will be given to Law Graduate.
Pay Scale: Rs.36600-62000/-
Selection Process: Interview

Candidates can make the payment in form of Demand draft for Rs.500/- drawn in favour of MOIL Limited, Nagpur.
SC, ST, and PwD candidates are exempted from the payment of fee.
