Karnataka Public Service Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for recruitment of 526 Typist and Stenographer vacancies. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written test, Skill Test, and Interview.

Qualification:
Typist- Candidates must have passed Pre-University Education (PUC) or Diploma in Commercial Practice. Candidates should also pass senior grade typing test or equivalent.
Stenographer- Candidates must have passed Pre-University Education (PUC) or Diploma in Commercial Practice. Candidates should also pass Stenography and Typing test in Kannada or equivalent.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on last date of registration. However, relaxation in upper age limit should be applicable as 03 years for 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B category candidates, and 05 years for SC/ ST category candidates.
Pay Scale:
Typist: Rs. 11600/- to Rs. 21000/-
Stenographer: Rs. 14450/- to Rs. 26700/-
Application Fee: Rs. 300/- for General/ 2A/2B/3A/3B category candidates; Rs. 25/- for SC/ST/Category-I/PH category candidates through Online mode only.
