The High Court of Himachal Pradesh, invites applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of posts of Steno-Typists and Judgment Writers (on contract basis) in all the Civil and Sessions Divisions in the State of Himachal Pradesh.

Minimum Qualification Required: The candidate must possess Graduation degree from a recognized University and having speed of 80 Words Per Minute in English Stenography and typing speed in English of 40 Words Per Minute on computers.
Age Limit As on January 01,2016: Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum age limit is 45 years. However, relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per government rules
Pay Scale:
Steno Typist (Class III): Rs.5910- 20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.2000/- with initial start of Rs. 8240/- per month
Judgment Writer (Class III): Rs.5910- 20200/- plus Grade Pay Rs.2000/- on fixed contractual emoluments
Application Fee:
Rs.300/- for General category candidates
Rs.150/- for reserved categories candidates
