Pay Scale:
Judicial Assistant: Rs. 14000-60500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.8700/- Pay Band-2
Senior Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-II): Rs. 22000-87000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.9400/- Pay Band-3
Educational Qualification:
Judicial Assistant: Candidates must possess a Bachelors degree from a recognized University. Candidates shall possess knowledge in the field of Computer. Law Graduate will be preferred.
Senior Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-II): Candidates must possess a Bachelors degree from a recognized University with a diploma in Stenography in English with minimum speed of 100 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm on a computer. Law Graduate will be preferred.
Candidates must have adequate knowledge of official language of Assam State.
Age Limit: Maximum 44 year as on last date for receipt of application. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Selection Process:
Judicial Assistant: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Examination of 120 marks, and Viva voce/ Interview of 15 marks.
Senior Personal Assistant (Stenographer Grade-II): Candidates will be selected on the basis of Stenography Test (Dictation and Transcription) of 90 marks, Written Examination of 100 marks, and Viva voce/ Interview of 30 marks.

For General/ OBC/ MOBC category candidates: Rs. 300/-
For SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates: Rs. 150/-
