Post Graduate Teacher- 106 Vacancies in the scale of pay Rs. 8000-35000/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 5100/- plus allowances
Assistant Librarian- 01 Vacancy in the scale of pay Rs. 8000-35000/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 4300/- plus allowances

Educational Qualification:
For Post Graduate Teachers- Candidates must possess MA/ M.Sc./ M.Com with 50% marks in relevant subject with B.T/B.Ed Degree from any recognised university. Candidate must have qualified in TET conducted for Post Graduate Teachers are only eligible to apply for the post of Post Graduate Teacher.
For Assistant Librarian- Candidates must possess Bachelor of Library and Information Science (B Lib & I Sc), and have Certificate or Diploma in Computer; OR Master of Library and Information Science (M.Lib & I.Sc) from any recognized University. Candidates having relevant experience will be preferred.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 38 years as on 01-January-2016. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per Assam Government rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of screening test and/or Interview.
