Minimum Qualification Required-
Officer (F&A): Candidate must be a qualified CA/ ICWA/ 1st Class full-time MBA with Finance elective/1st class 2 year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Finance elective equivalent to MBA (proof of equivalence to be submitted) from recognized University/Management Institute.
Officer (HR): Candidate must possess first class full time Master’s Degree in PM &IR/MSW/MBA with HR elective/ 1st class 2 year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with HR elective equivalent to MBA (proof of equivalence to be submitted) from recognized University/ Management Institute. Candidates possess LL.B will get preferred.
Upper Age Limit: 30 years as on August 28, 2017. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale: Rs. 16400-40500/-
Mode of Selection: The candidate will be selected based on the Online Test followed by Interview.

Qualification:
Officer (Official Language)- Candidates must possess first class Master degree from a recognized University in Hindi or English with English/ Hindi at Graduation level (i.e. Hindi in case the candidate is Postgraduate in English and vice-versa). Candidates must also have two years experience in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa.
Candidates having knowledge of Sanskrit and / or any other modern Indian language and Proficiency in working on Computers in Hindi language; will be preferred.
Addl. General Manager (Finance and Accounts)- Qualified CA/ ICWA/ First Class full-time MBA with Finance elective/1st class 2 year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management with Finance elective equivalent to MBA (proof of equivalence to be submitted) from recognized University/Management Institute. Candidates must have minimum 18 years post qualification experience.
