Important Dates:
Starting Date for Submission of Online Application: 01 January 2019
Last Date for Submission Of Online Application: 30 January 2019
Tentative Date for Computer Based Test (CBT): February, and March 2019
Qualification: Candidates must have passed matriculation/10th/ SSLC examination from a recognised board. Candidates must have fulfill required physical standards.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 25 years as on 01-January-2019. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale: Level 2 and Level 3 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix
Examination Fee:
Rs. 250/- for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ Ex-serviceman/ Female/ Minorities/ Economically backward class candidates
Rs. 500/- for all other candidates
Candidates are suggested to pay the fee through ONLINE fee payment or OFFLINE fee payment.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of online Computer Based Test (CBT) to be held in February, and March 2019; followed by Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Trade Test, and Document Verification.
Computer Based Test (CBT-60 Questions; 45 Minutes; General Awareness 20 mark+Arithmetic 20 marks+General Intelligence & reasoning 20 marks) shall be held simultaneously for all Zonal Railways and RPSF.
