The Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Limited is a profit making enterprise under the State Government of Rajasthan, which is engaged in dealing with multi-location and multi-mineral mining and processing along with marketing of the mines from the state. This limited is prestigiously placed among the Wind Power generators in the country alongside mining of Rock-Phosphates, Lignite, Gypsums and SMS grade Limestone.

With an offering for competent candidates for recruitment in the executive cadres of recruitment in the RSMM Ltd, the applications are invited from multiple academic disciplines on contractual recruitment options through fixed remunerations during Probation Period of 2 years.

Asst Manager (Finance & Accounts) – 01 post – OBC-1, ST-1 –  Pay Scale – PB-3/E-1 – Rs.15600 – Rs.31900 – Grade Pay Rs.5400 – Rs.16800 (during Probation) – Academics – CA/ICWA with 1 Yrs of Experience/ Inter CA/ICWA with 2 Yrs of Experience or B.Com with MBA in Finance with 60% Aggregate and 1 Yr of experience

Other Essential Eligibility Factors:

Age:

• Must not exceed 45 Years for Post No.1, 28 years for Post No.2 and 26 years for Post No. 3- 12
• Age will be reckoned as on 31^st of July 2012
• Relaxation in upper age limit will be allowed as per norms

Probation Period:

• The candidates selected will have to serve the RSMML for a period of 2 years.
• Upon satisfactory completion of probation period of 2 years the candidates may be absorbed as a regular employee of RSMML with the pay scale as indicated above
• During absorption as a regular employee, the candidates need to execute a bond with the RSMML for a period of 3 Years from the date of absorption.
