Rajasthan Public Service Commission, in line with the functioning of the Union Public Service Commission, offers extensive support to the state government administration for competent selection of various job positions in the state official cadre. It is responsible for releasing notification, conducting examination as well as selection and recruitment of candidates for various departments of the state of Rajasthan. The PSC functions as the most important nodal agency for the Government of Rajasthan from the recruitment perspective.
With the recent announcement, the Rajasthan Public Service Commission has notified for recruitment of Junior Law Officer, Junior Accountant, Tehsil Revenue Accountant, Physical Training Instructor Gr-II and Gr-III in various departments of the state for the year 2013. The recruitment will follow the norms of Rajasthan Government Service.

NOTE: Reservation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ Women/ Destitute and PWD candidates will be applicable only for natives of Rajasthan as per state government norms
Pay Scale:
- Junior Law Officer: The candidates selected against this vacancies will be eligible for a running Pay Scale of Rs.9300- Rs.34800 and Grade Pay (No.11) of Rs.3600 in Pay Band-II
- Junior Accountant: The candidates selected against this vacancies will be eligible for a running Pay Scale of Rs.9300- Rs.34800 and Grade Pay (No.11) of Rs.3600 in Pay Band-II
- Tehsil Revenue Accountant: The candidates selected against this vacancies will be eligible for a running Pay Scale of Rs.9300- Rs.34800 and Grade Pay (No.11) of Rs.3600 in Pay Band-II
- Physical Training Instructor Gr.-II: The candidates selected against this vacancies will be eligible for a running Pay Scale of Rs.9300- Rs.34800 and Grade Pay (No.12) of Rs.4200 in Pay Band-II
- Physical Training Instructor Gr.-III: The candidates selected against this vacancies will be eligible for a running Pay Scale of Rs.9300- Rs.34800 and Grade Pay (No.11) of Rs.3600 in Pay Band-II

Essential eligibility Conditions:
Age:
- The candidates applying for these posts must be over 21 years and must not have attained more than 35 years of age as on 1-Jan-2014 for the positions of Junior Law Officer, Junior Accountant and Tehsil Revenue Accountant posts
- The candidates applying for these posts must be over 18 years and must not have attained more than 35 years of age as on 1-Jan-2014 for the positions of Physical Training Instructor Gr.-II and Gr.-III
- However, the relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per the rules only for the natives of Rajasthan State. But this relaxation will not be cumulative and candidates can avail maximum relaxation in any one of the categories as per their credibility
Academics:
- Junior Law Officer: The candidates must have completed 3 years full time Graduation Degree in Law.
- Junior Accountant: The candidates must have completed 3 years full time Graduation Degree in Arts, Science and/ or Commerce (except Degree in Agriculture, Medicine, Engineering and Technology). The applicant must have completed “O” or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC OR, Computer operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) certificate organised under National/ State Council of Vocational Training Scheme OR, DCA OR, Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering.
- Tehsil Revenue Accountant: The candidates must have completed 3 years full time Graduation Degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Agriculture (except Degree in Medicine, Engineering and Technology). The applicant must have completed “O” or Higher Level Certificate Course conducted by DOEACC OR, Computer operator & Programming Assistant (COPA)/Data Preparation and Computer Software (DPCS) certificate organised under National/ State Council of Vocational Training Scheme OR, DCA OR, Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering.
- Physical Training Instructor Gr.-II: The candidates must have completed Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) as recognized by NCTE.
- Physical Training Instructor Gr.-III: The candidates must have completed Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) OR, or Certificate in Physical Education (C.P.Ed.) or Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed.) as recognized by NCTE.
NOTE: Apart from the above mentioned qualification, the candidates must have adequate competency of Devnagari Script and should be able to read, write and speak Hindi and should be familiar with Culture and Traditions of Rajasthan
Selection Procedure:
- The selection of candidates will follow scrutiny of ONLINE Applications, Written Test, Personal Interview followed by Verification of Documents as deemed by the Public Service Commission
- Only those candidates selected on the basis of merit will be allowed for recruitment
