Planning Officer- 42 Vacancies
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Town and Country Planning or its equivalent from a recognized university or institution OR Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or its equivalent from a recognized university or institution making the holder eligible for Associate Membership of institute of Architects.
Enquiry Officer- 01 Vacancy
Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree of a recognized University with postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management or Industrial relations of minimum One year’s duration with five years experience in an administrative capacity. OR Degree in Law with at least three years practice at bar.
Assistant Mechanical Engineer- 08 Vacancies
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University with specialization in Automobile Engineering.
Works Manager- 07 Vacancies
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University with specialization in Automobile Engineering and at least two years experience in supervisory capacity in a Govt. Transport undertaking. OR Diploma in Automobile Engineering from a recognized university with five years experience in supervisory capacity in a Motor workshop of Government department or Transport undertaking.
Assistant Controller- 01 Vacancy
B.Tech/B.E in Printing Technology from a recognized university or Institution and should have two years experience on a supervisory post in the management of a printing press.
Deputy Controller- 01 Vacancy
B.Tech/B.E in Printing Technology from a recognized university or Institution and should have three years experience on a supervisory post in the management of a printing press.
Scientific Assistant Toxicology- 03 Vacancies
M.Sc degree in Chemistry or Bio Chemistry or Forensic Science or its equivalent from a recoginsed University or institution and have passed B.Sc Examination from a recognised University or institution with Chemistry as one of the subject.
Scientific Assistant Photography- 01 Vacancy
M.Sc degree in any subject from a recognised University or institution and should possess B.Sc degree with one of the subjects as Physics and passed B.Sc degree from a recognised University or institution with Physics and two years diploma in Scientific Photography.
Scientific Assistant Physics- 01 Vacancy
M.Sc. degree in Physics or Forensic Science or its equivalent from a recognised university or institution and have passed B.Sc Examination from recognised university or institution with Physics as one of the subject.
Mining Officer- 03 Vacancies
Master of Science in Geology or a degree of B.Sc in Mines from a recoginsed university or institution ; or possess a diploma in Mining from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad.
Passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subject or any other equivalent examination in Punjabi Language.

Rs. 10300-34800+ 5400 Grade pay for Deputy Controller Post
Important Dates:
Last Date for Submission of Online Application: 21-May-2018
Last Date for Depositing the Application Fee by using the print out of system generated Fee Challan Form: 28-May-2018
Last Date for Submitting the Hard Copy of the Application Form along with self attested copies of the certificates and Challan Form: 04-June-2018
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 37 years as on 01-January-2018. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per government rules.
Application Fees:
Rs. 500/- for Ex-Servicemen of Punjab state only
Rs. 1125/- for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab State only
Rs. 1750/- for Physically Handicapped, Punjab State only
Rs. 3000/- for All Others
Candidates are suggested to pay the application fee through challan at any Branch of State Bank of Patiala.
Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Competitive Examination (340 Marks- Logical Reasoning and Mental Ability, General Knowledge, Current Affairs and History); followed by Interview of 60 marks. There will be no negative marking in the written test.
Final result shall be prepared on the basis of the grand total of the marks obtained by the Candidates in the Written Competitive Examination and the Interview.
