Note: Candidate selected for Officer (Finance) posts will be on probation for a period on one year; Candidate selected for Trainee posts will undergo one year training period which may be extended at the discretion of Management.

Minimum Qualification Required:
Officer (Finance): Candidate must be qualified CA or ICWA with two Years of post-qualification Experience (excluding training period) in Accounts / Finance/ Internal Audit preferably in a large organization of repute.
Jr. Officer (Accounts) Trainee: Candidate must Inter CA or ICWA.
Diploma Engineer Trainee (Mechanical)/ (Electrical)/ (C&I): Candidate must possess full time regular Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline with minimum 70% marks.
Lab Assistant (Chemistry) Trainee: Candidate must possess Full time regular B. Sc. Degree with Chemistry (Chemistry must be subject in final year)/ Graduate in Industrial/ Applied Chemistry with 60% marks.
Age Limit: Minimum age limit is 18 years and maximum is 35 years for Officer posts; 27 years for Jr. Officer / Lab Assistant posts; 25 years for Diploma Engineer Trainee posts as on the last day of application. However, relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category is applicable as per government rules.
Pay Scale:
Officer (Finance): Rs. 20600 – 46500/-
Jr. Officer (Accounts) Trainee/ Diploma Engineer Trainee (Mechanical)/ Diploma Engineer Trainee (Electrical)/ Diploma Engineer Trainee (C&I): Rs. 15500 – 34500/- (Consolidated stipend Rs. 15500/- during training period)
Lab Assistant (Chemistry) Trainee: Rs. 11500 – 26000/- (Consolidated stipend Rs. 11500/- during training period)
Mode of Selection: The candidate will be selected based on the Written Test and Interview/ Skill Test.
